Ours is a holistic, design-led process. Layout, materials, furniture, lighting and the finishing details are considered together from the outset, so every decision supports the whole and nothing feels added as an afterthought. It is in the detail that a home truly comes together - from the position of a socket to the weight of a curtain and the final styling of a shelf.

Much of the work sits with us, rather than with you. We narrow the many possible options to a clear, edited set of choices, coordinate the detail across every room, and hold the whole vision together - sparing you the hours of research and the quiet worry that something has been missed. What you are left with is a home that feels intentional, warm and properly finished.

How we work with you

A home is a significant undertaking, and the process should feel calm rather than overwhelming. We guide each stage with clarity and care - listening closely, presenting considered options, and keeping the bigger picture in view as the many small decisions are made. Whether you are building from the ground up, refining plans before construction, resolving the lighting, or bringing a finished house to life, our role is the same: to bring clarity and intention to your home, and to see it through with quiet precision.

The studio

ig. design & interiors is led by founder and principal designer Annika Nott, who works closely with each client from first brief to final finishing layer. The studio offers five ways to work together - from focused consultancy and preconstruction planning to lighting design, finishing layers and a complete, end-to-end interior design service - each shaped around where a project is, and how involved a client would like the studio to be.
