What’s included

A single, coordinated service that carries one clear vision through every stage:

• The Brief - we begin by understanding you - how you live, how each space needs to function, and the direction that feels right for your home.
• Concept Design - the creative vision takes shape in two parts: the spatial planning and layout of each room, and the aesthetic concept - mood, materials, colour and character.
• Detailed Design & Specification - every material, finish, piece of furniture, fixture and fitting is selected and specified to work together, with detailed schedules so the scheme can be priced, sourced and delivered accurately. Sourcing of everything we specify is included.
• Lighting & Technical Design - lighting designed as an integral layer of each room - measured plans, circuits and switching - coordinated with the wider technical detail so the scheme installs accurately.
• Styling & Finishing Layers - the accessories, textiles, artwork and final touches that make a house feel complete. We curate the art you already own, suggest new pieces where welcomed, and can commission bespoke work.

Optional, where helpful: we can place and manage every order on your behalf, and work alongside your trades on site to protect the design you have signed off. Each is available as an add-on and agreed with you in advance.
